ARMOR-TEK™ 830

A gloss or satin finish durable concrete floor coating designed to be used over clear, solid color or metallic epoxy floor systems. Can also be used as a durable, clear coating on exterior concrete.

A SUPERIOR FINISH

Armor-Tek 830 is a high-performance, two-component, low VOC polysiloxane floor coating that provides superior resistance against abrasion, chemicals, corrosion, and UV exposure on both interior and exterior concrete.

BEST USED AS A TOPCOAT

Best used as a topcoat after Epoxy Max 100 in clear, solid color floor systems or metallic floor systems. Best used as a stand alone product in a grind and seal systems. Can also be used as a long-lasting, clear, durable, exterior concrete coating. Easily applied with a solvent-rated roller, the Armor-Tek 830 is supplied as a two-component kit. Sanding or etching of the surface is recommended prior to application.

Available in a clear gloss or satin finish. This industrial grade formula will not yellow, fade, chip or delaminate and regular maintenance can keep concrete looking good for years to come.

  • Is there any product you have to put over exposed aggregate concrete driveway that will prevent hot tire pickup?

    Typically, if you were looking to protect the concrete, you would be looking at a penetrating sealer such at Siloxa-Tek 8510  but if you're looking to enhance the exposed aggregate,  you would need a surface sealer such as Crystal Clear for its wear resistance 

  • Can you apply a 2nd coat or armor tek over armor tek? If so, recoat window time?

    A second coat is not recommended.   It is a one coat system. 

  • What is the coverage and what top coat over flake system?

    Coverage is 300 to 500 sqft per gallon. It isn't supposed to be used for a top coat over a flaked epoxy floor. It can be used as a top coat for solid color or metallic epoxy floors.
