Can I use this on a slate texture rolled concrete patio?

Yes, however would want to be aware of how it is colored.

If I use the hydro etch 1000 with a pressure washer will it remove any old sealer from my driveway?

Its a two step process. For the Hydro-Etch to be effective, the surface needs to be clean. So you would pressure wash first and get any dirt etc off, and the pressure washer should take off any old sealer. Then you would use the Hydro-Etch to etch the concrete to your desired level.
I have one more question will this remove any old sealer on my driveway as I am going to reseal with a colored sealer this time. Thanks

I would recommend a pressure washer to remove any existing sealer.
How many gallons are needed for a 2000sqft driveway.

Up to 1500 sqft per gallon so two should cover
