You can use the alternate solvent version,  Traz-25A 

Same product, just a low VOC compliant solvent

How long does the appearance remain unchanged after the application? I'm looking for something that's resistant to spring thawing and popping off, I'd pay more for a better solution

Will this product help with concrete sweating and condensation build-up? I live in Indiana and during the late winter and spring seasons, we experience a lot of condensation on our Barn concrete floor.

I would suggest a penetrating sealer.  Such as Ghostshield Siloxa-tek-8510.   That coupled with the Lithi-Tek 4500 will help prevent the moisture from coming through the concrete

They are making two versions of polyseal. Polyseal WB (water based) and polyseal EZ which can be used in all states including one's with low VOC requirements.

In your state,  unfortunately we can only ship Traz-25A. The A is an alternate solvent which is low VOC as required by LADCO.  Functionally,  they are the same, so zero concerns as far as which one lasts longer.

I have a smaller stamped decking Indiana, approx 30 x 18. Our installer did a great job and left about № over sealer with us which we used all butt quart last but want to seal soon 1 again by July 4rh and only need 1 gallon. Any lower cost options?

Why am I getting little bubbles everywhere on second coat On flat stamped concrete

How long did you let the first coat cure before the second coat?  Also,  bubbles can be caused by applying too thick of a layer.
